Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, within 30 days of purchase, Steel City Memorabilia will gladly accept returns and credit your charge card within 10 days of receipt of the return, minus shipping and handling costs. All products must be returned in the original packaging. (This includes all tags and item containers). Failure to do so may result in a minimum 15% restocking fee. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We only accept returns that have an RMA# clearly printed on the package. Close-out Items Close-out items are considered final purchases and may not be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect that is not listed on the details page of the website. It is Steel City Memorabilia's policy to ensure all items shipped from our warehouses are packed according to "Best Business Practices", and leave our warehouses in excellent condition, free of any damage, other than unknown manufacturers defects. Once a package leaves our facility, the shipper assumes responsibility for delivering the package free of damage. If an item is damaged in transit, Steel City Memorabilia will file a claim with the shipper. Once the shipper concludes a claim, Steel City Memorabilia will provide a substitute product of equal value to the customer. If the item is urgently needed, the customer also has the choice of purchasing an additional item. Once the claim is resolved with the shipper, the customer will be refunded the amount of the purchase.
