More than a month before St. Vincent College would normally host
Steelers training camp, its campus
was littered Sunday with jerseys that had the names Smith, Taylor
and Ward on their backs.
That there was even a Cope said something was amiss.
Aaron Smith, Ike Taylor and Hines Ward were nowhere to be found.
They are among the NFL players banned from work by league owners.
Instead, going through drills were Todd Smith, Sam Taylor and
Jarrett and Maurice Ward, all weekend warriors in the
Steelers Men's Fantasy Camp.
