Former NHL star Bill Guerin has joined the Pittsburgh Penguins as a player development coach. The 18-year veteran retired in 2010 after playing for the Penguins during his last two seasons. The team said Wednesday that the 40-year-old Guerin would work with prospects throughout the organization, assisting in the development of players in the minor leagues along with junior and college hockey.
